To associate with aggregator platforms for Food Ordering and Delivery, a reasonable profit had to be shared with them resulting in less profits for the restaurant.
There was no control over the delivery executives as they were appointed by the Aggregator so there was no direct information about their individual hygiene practices followed while delivering the food.
Using the aggregator platforms was helping in their brand building instead of the Restaurant’s brand being at the forefront.
Cybercraft developed a Food Delivery App for the 91 Restaurant where they had complete control over the Ordering delivery process as it is managed in any aggregator platform. The restaurant was able to make a greater margin as there is no third-party platform to share the margin for ordering and delivery.
Using their own Food Ordering and Delivery Platform enabled the client to implement systematic hygiene process for pick up and delivery of food with the delivery team, making it safer for the customer in such situation of COVID19 Pandemic.
Customers are using the 91 Restaurant Food Ordering and Delivery App so the platform is highly contributing to the Restaurant brand building directly instead of third party’s brand.
Restaurant could give offers as per their plans and campaigns to the customers directly.
Restaurant can offer their own Loyalty Points attracting more long term customers for the Restaurant.
The project was developed using Agile Methodology with Scrum, test driven approach was followed.
