Mohammed holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering and is an avid technologist. He also loves teaching and often lectures on computer science at CDAC, He has been Chief Technology Officer, Chief Software Architect and Director of Technology over his career spanning 22 years.
During this period he has designed and implemented enterprise scale software on which the companies themselves are based. He has instituted ground breaking software development practices ensuring optimal utilization of resources, on time delivery and best in class software quality and services all geared towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
He has been invited and speaks on a range of computer and technology related forums. He is considered a pioneer in the field, highly respected amongst his peers and his views are sought in the field of software technology, software architecture and project management.
As the Managing Director of Cybercraft Software Solutions, Mohammed is Responsible for implementing strategies to boost the growth of the company, Human Resource Development, Finance Management and all other important faculties for successful in strategic planning and expansion of business. As Software Architect, Mohammed oversees the design and application of technologies for key customers of Cybercraft.
Having a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University, He has over 20 years of work experience with 5 years in the education industry and the rest in the software industry. Extensive experience in designing cutting edge engineering solutions for wide range of technology platforms. He handles key client accounts for our North American customers.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Mumbai University. He has over 20 years of experience in software development, design and architecture. He has handled critical projects in digital payment solutions for open loop & closed loop payment card processing for Visa, Mastercard and AmEx. Mr. Nalawade now heads our APAC division.

Vinay holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with certification in advanced computing from CDAC. He is has been on the team for over 10+ years, facilitating cutting-edge engineering solutions in a wide range of domains such as healthcare, e-commerce, digital payment applications and many more. Vinay has extensive experience in delivering end-to-end solutions from design to implementation, in collaboration with diversified teams and technologies across the globe.
Vinod has been on the team for over 14 years, managing Software Quality Assurance and the processes around the strategies and approach towards QA. Vinod is focused towards outsourcing and specialized QA across industries. Responsible for managing deliverable for multiple accounts for the end to end QA services that include manual as well as regression automation with expertise in setting up the QA environment, team and process.
